River
Otter Monitoring Project

The River Otter Monitoring Project (ROMP) is a science-based conservation initiative dedicated to studying and protecting North American river otters and their habitats. Named for the joyful group behavior of otters — a romp — we believe that collaboration is just as essential in protecting waterways. Through data, fieldwork, and public engagement, ROMP builds a vibrant network of people and science for the future of our rivers.
